ABSTRACT. The article examines certain problematic issues related to the perception and regulation of the foreign experience of developed countries in the use of experience in providing administrative services in the field of licensing of licensing system objects. Currently, this issue is becoming increasingly relevant in our country, as our country and society have consciously made a very important decision in the development and European integration. Ukraine is currently undergoing significant changes and innovations in the field of administrative services. The need for change is quite obvious: a full scale war on the territory of Ukraine, long queues, endless visits to official offices, numerous payments for unknown reasons – all of this is well known to each of us. Our country is making an attempt to move to a new level of relations between the citizen and the state, which provides for convenient conditions for obtaining administrative services and a conscious contribution of the experience of other countries.
