Анотація. Актуальність ролі держави у забезпеченні соціальних стандартів та гарантій стає все більш очевидною в контексті сучасних наукових та політичних дискусій. Ця наукова стаття, спрямована на детальне дослідження цієї ролі, намагається відповісти на декілька ключових питань через вивчення теоретико-правових аспектів та світового досвіду.

У першій частині розглядається теоретичне розуміння ролі держави у забезпеченні соціальних стандартів і гарантій, яке базується на відповідних теоріях та концепціях. Потім ми втілюємо теорію в реальність, аналізуючи правові аспекти цього питання, включно із законами, які регулюють державні гарантії та соціальні стандарти. Подальша частина роботи присвячена аналізу світового досвіду з метою вивчення практичних способів забезпечення соціальних стандартів та гарантій різними державами. Ми вирішуємо цей виклик, аналізуючи фінансові та структурні наслідки ролі держави у встановленні та виконанні соціальних стандартів. У заключній частині статті розглядаються міжнародні стандарти у сфері соціальних гарантій та роль міжнародних організацій у встановленні та контролі за виконанням цих стандартів. Ми також зупиняємося на особливостях імплементації міжнародних стандартів на національному рівні.

Ця стаття надає новий вимір для глибокого розуміння критичної ролі держави в забезпеченні соціальних стандартів та гарантій, намагаючись об’єднати теоретичні, правові та практичні аспекти цього питання. Наше дослідження ставить на меті стати важливим внеском у наукові дебати та допомогти у формуванні державної політики у сфері соціальних стандартів та гарантій.
